Bosley’s by Pet Valu is looking for One (1) Sales Supervisor-Retail to perform the following duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Establish work schedules
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory

Terms of Employment:
- Salary: $24.25 per hour; 30-40 hours per week; Overtime available
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: High School or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience; Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is an asset
