Job Description
Guru PBamburgh Inc., operating as Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and customer service in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and pricing as required
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Control inventory, monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
