Hourly Wage: $19.00~$20.00
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary for vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook Japanese food items and fried chickens from menu, including rolls, donburi, tempura, etc.
- Make adjustments to food items to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions
- Manage kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and order supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial cooking is required.
- English skills and time management skills are required.
