Under the direction of the Co-Director of Care, the Personal Support Worker (PSW) is an integral part of the health care team, and in this role, encourages, supports and promotes independence for the residents by assisting with activities of daily leaving.

The Personal Support Worker (PSW) is responsible for a comprehensive range of duties encompassing resident care, interdisciplinary collaboration, adherence to organizational policies, and the maintenance of a safe environment.  Core responsibilities involve provision of direct patient care, diligent observation and timely reporting of changes in health care status, and accurate completion of all required documentation.
