Ram Air Logistics Transportation Inc. is looking for One (1) Truck Driver-Supervisor to perform the following duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of truck drivers and other transport vehicles
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Dispatch drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems
- Prepare work reports
Terms of Employment:
- Salary: $37.50 per hour
- 40 hours per week; Morning; Day; Evening; Overnight; Weekend; On call; Overtime
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Start date: immediately
Skills Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum experience of one (1) year as driver or operator of motor transport or ground transit equipment, 26-footer truck; D Licence and forklift driver certification an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence
