We are also a Sany America, Terex Trucks dealer, as well as a Cummins and Isuzu Certified repair center. Headwater runs a very clean modern shop with separate Welding, Washing and Paint bays. Job Duties:
• Running repair on off-road heavy trucks, heavy construction equipment, diesel and diesel electric mining machinery.
• Repairs on bulldozers, graders, dump truck and excavators.
• Will require ability to troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, determine extent of repair required, adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
• Instruct apprentices, keep maintenance reports and documentation.
• Our mechanics must be willing to travel to remote job sites, travel time, accommodations, and living out allowance paid for travel.
Skills Required:
• Experience with Cat and or Komatsu/Deere/Hitachi Equipment.
• Must be able to obtain trade certification.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good Problem-Solving Skills.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
Experience Required:
• 3 to 5 years work experience on Heavy Duty Off-Road Equipment.
Education Required:
• Trade certificate or equivalent experience.
Wage & Hours: $42.00/h
• Number of hours per day: 9
• Number of days per week: 5
• Number of hours per week: 45-55
• Overtime starts after how many hours: after 40 hours/week
• Shift rotation (as applicable): Nightshift premium
