Cafe Landwer is looking for One (1) Corporate Bar Manager to perform the following duties:
- To act as Corporate Bar Manager for the restaurant chain, i.e. all locations
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant chain’s bar
- Determine type of drinks to be offered by the restaurant chain and implement operational procedures
- Oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Enforce provincial legislation and regulations
- May negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- May negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Terms of Employment:
- Salary: $37 per hour; 44 hours per week
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: no education required
- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation/ food service sector
