  • Job Title: Senior Sales Representative
  • Department: Sales - PayMyTuition (Higher Education)
  • Reporting to: Chief Market Strategist

Job Duties

  • Promote and sell PayMyTuition's tuition and education payment solutions to existing college and university clients, maintaining strong ongoing relationships
  • Identify and reach out to prospective institutional clients in the higher-education sector through networking, referrals, industry conferences, and outbound outreach
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective institutional clients, highlighting product features and benefits
  • Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and resolve service-related questions or concerns
  • Estimate and quote prices, payment terms, and service timelines to institutional clients
  • Prepare and review sales proposals, service contracts, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for institutional clients
  • Maintain accurate client, sales activity, and pipeline records using CRM software
  • Monitor higher-education payment trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support client conversations
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events

Job Requirements

  • Proven general sales experience (3-5 years)
  • Proven B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Proven Consultative sales/needs-assessment experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot and SalesForce) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in higher-education technology, SaaS, fintech, or payment solutions
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional English language proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • At least 1 yr of post-secondary education
