Position Available: 1
Wage: C$24.05 per hour
Work Hours: 30.00 hours per week (full-time and permanent)
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Job Duties:
● Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and shelf stockers
● Assign cashiers and shelf stockers to duties, review their performance and prepare work schedules
● Authorize return of merchandise and manage cash
● Sell merchandise to customers
● Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, etc.
● Maintain inventory and order merchandise
● Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising
● Train or arrange for the training of new cashiers and shelf stockers
● Perform the same duties as workers supervised when needed
Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of previous retail sales experience
Language: English skills
Personal Suitability: Leadership, customer service skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, reliable
Work Condition: Standing for extended periods
