Job Duties:
• Inspect and test engines and other mechanical components using test devices
• Diagnose, adjust, repair and/or replace mechanical parts and test repaired equipment for proper performance
• Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment, maintain tire service equipment
• Use hand tools and equipment
• Advise customers on work performed
• Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, and wheel
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
• Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including WHMIS, TIA, Job Hazard Assessment, and Customer Experience Standards
• Keep yourself and your coworkers safe
Skills Required:
• Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc, and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
• This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
• Must be able to obtain Driver’s License
Experience Required:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
Education Required:
• Secondary/high school or equivalent experience
