Our restaurant: 2545629 ALBERTA LTD. known as My Sushi, located in 9824 100 St, Fort St.John, BC, V1J 3Y. Our restaurant specializes in sushi and offers Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist, which requires cooks who can prepare a diverse menu and adapting to fusion-style cuisine.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced cook to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Job Details:
Work location: On site
Salary: 19.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
Permanent employment: Full time

Responsibilities:
Tasks
- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Recruit and hire staff
- Manage kitchen operation
