Home Childcare Provider

Job Description:
We are a busy professional family seeking a responsible, energetic, and organized caregiver to support our 14-year-old child during the week. Given our demanding work schedules, we need someone who can act as a reliable bridge between school, extracurricular activities, and home.

The ideal candidate will provide a safe environment, serve as a positive role model, and help keep our teenager on track with their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the child to and from school and to appointments school to extracurricular activities, practices, and appointments.
• Assist with evening routine organization, ensuring homework is completed and school projects are managed.
• Prepare simple, nutritious after-school snacks and dinners.
• Provide supervision and companionship, engaging in conversation and supporting their hobbies.
• Help with light household tasks related to the teenager, such as tidying up the kitchen after meals or reminding them to do their chores.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with teenagers, middle schoolers, or high schoolers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to set healthy boundaries while maintaining a supportive relationship
• Background check and excellent references required.
