1) Job Description 1. Inventory Management Track inventory levels for food, beverages, and related supplies. Maintain accurate records of stock usage, purchases, and waste. Conduct regular inventory counts, typically daily or weekly, to verify stock levels and detect discrepancies. 2. Ordering and Procurement Work with suppliers to order necessary stock and negotiate prices for bulk orders. Ensure timely replenishment of items based on usage and forecasted demand. Coordinate with the purchasing team to source quality items within budget. 3. Cost Control Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure they remain within budget. Identify opportunities to reduce waste and minimize costs by optimizing stock levels. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to prevent overstocking or stockouts. 4.
