BUTCHER REQUIRED TO CUT, AND TRIM CUTS OF MEAT, TO CUT CARCASSES, SIDES, AND QUARTERS. DEBONE AND MAKE DIFFERENT CUTS OF MEAT AND DISPLAY.
3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO TRAIN MEAT CUTTERS AND INDUSTRIAL BUTCHERS.
GRIND MEATS USING POWERED GRINDERS. WORK IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT AND MAY CARRY HEAVY WEIGHT UP TO 50 POUNDS.
