Assist in applying tape and joint compound to drywall seams and corners. Load, unload and transport construction materials. Aid in taping over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound. Help to apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints. Operate hand and power tools under supervision, such as drills, sanders, and nail guns. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by removing debris, disposing of waste, and ensuring a safe environment. Assist with touch-ups and repairs to finishes as directed by foreman. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Perform other duties as assigned by foreman.
