Spice 8 Sri Lankan Fusion Cuisine is looking for  One (1) Restaurant Cook/First Cook (Sri Lankan Cuisine) to perform the following duties : Prepare and cook authentic Sinhalese cuisine Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers Oversee kitchen operations Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers. Perform duties common to position and other duties as may be assigned. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - ensure that all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards.
