Job Description • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures • Ensure that food meets quality control standards 2. Requirements • Completion of Secondary School • 2-3 years of relevant work experience • Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency) • Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player • Work under pressure 3.
