General Responsibilities & Duties   Maintain hygiene, clean and safe work place Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat Wrap and package prepared meats Remove bones from meat Weigh meats for sale Price meat products Sell meats to customers Cut poultry into parts Cut meat into steaks and fillets Grind meats using appropriate tools and machines Train meat cutters as required Prepare special orders as per customer requirement Assist with preparing special displays of meats, poultry and fish products   Requirements Completion of high school 2-3 years work experience Language at work: English Email Resume and cover letter to:...
