SSC Restaurants, Ltd. o/a Subway Alaska Road is hiring 1 Food Service Supervisor.  Wage: $18.25 per hour. 35 hours per week.  Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Duties: Supervise, coordinat & schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food. Ensure that food & service meet quality control standards.  Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales & wastage, train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures, establish methods to meet work schedules; do inventory; do food counter attendant duties; inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order, performs paperwork duties as needed.
