We are a Michelin recommended restaurant located on Vancouver’s waterfront and act as the flagship of Aburi Restaurants Canada. Celebrated for introducing Aburi-style cuisine to the city, Miku blends traditional Japanese techniques with modern innovation, most notably through its signature flame-seared sushi. With a focus on premium ingredients, refined presentation, and attentive hospitality.
We are looking to fill three (3) cook positions in our Back-of-House (BOH) team. This position reports directly to the chef on duty. Cooks will prepare, execute, and plate dishes for guests.
We are seeking experienced cooks with at least one year of experience working in a commercial kitchen. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a fine-dining environment.
Sushi preparation in a required skill for this position.
