Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Oversee kitchen operations  Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Stock refrigerators and makeline Receive, unpack and store food supplies Clean and sanitize food preparation area and equipment May schedule and supervise kitchen helpers May help with new recruits Completion of secondary school and 2-3 years food service experience required.
