Supervise, coordinate & Schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food; Ensure that food & service meet quality control standards; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales & wastage; Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Do inventory; Operate cash register, debit & credit card machines; Do Food Counter Attendant's duties. Serve customers and at the drive thru window.
Completion of secondary school and 2-3 years Food Service experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Free food while on duty.
