Restaurant Manager Main Duties Do all the planning and organize for food preparation for lunch and dinner rush. Control waste of food and other stuff used for cleaning and paper goods and keep it to minimum. Evaluate and control the operation of restaurant. Responsible for hiring new staff and their training too Make schedule for all employees and put them as per their performance. Track the performance of all employees and keep the records of their performance Order Inventory and control it and also monitor revenue and prices of each item. Attend all customer complain and resolve it Keep close watch on health complains of city, county and province. Negotiate and keep all arrangement of catering order of customer. Deposit all cash money and keep watching on requirement of coins. Keep also watch on maintenance of all equipment and keep all equipment in well maintained. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT Applicant must be Graduate in University. Applicant must live in surrounding are so can come with in 5 minute in any immergence. Applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in restaurant as a manager. Applicant must have a food handling certificate. Applicant will paid 21.00$ per hours. Applicant must handle all sick call by employee and he has to replace himself in that case. Applicant must work in evening and week end shift. Work schedule for applicant is variable every week.
