1. Job Description
• Develop, monitor, and maintain restaurant budgets to ensure profitability through effective control of food and labour costs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, and monitor performance to maintain service standards.
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations in accordance with provincial legislation.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients regarding pricing, contracts, and catering arrangements.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and other financial documentation.
• Analyze menu performance and update pricing or preparation methods based on product cost and budget requirements.
• Participate in marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage special events and catering services to support business growth.
2. Requirements
• Completion of College / CEGEP
• 2-3years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (30~40 hours/ w)

• Wage: $ 37.00 per hour
