1. Job Description
* Develop and monitor operating budgets to manage food, beverage, and labour costs and ensure profitability.
* Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and provincial regulations at all times.
* Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and controlling stock of food, and supplies.
* Negotiate pricing and supply terms with vendors and handle client inquiries regarding catering or facility usage.
* Oversee cash handling procedures and prepare financial documentation such as balance sheets and cash reports.
* Review menu costs and adjust pricing or preparation methods in accordance with budget requirements.
* Participate in marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue.
* Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
* Plan and manage special events and catering services to support business growth.
2. Requirements
* Completion of a college or other trades program
* 2 ~ 3 years work experience in the food service sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency)
* Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
3. Job Details
* Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond (YVR- Vancouver International Airport)
* Terms of employment: Full-time/ Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
* Start date: ASAP
* Salary: $36.70 per hour
