1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food and beverages
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,
• Establish work schedules
2. Requirements
• Secondary School Graduation Certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player
• Work under pressure

• Location: Hydra Estiatorio Mediterranean & Wine Bar - 475 Howe Street, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $20.10 per hour
