Voyager Freightway Inc. has an immediate opening of an Administrative Assistant (TEER 3: 13110) at our location in Brampton, Ontario.
As an Administrative Assistant you will perform some or all of the following duties:
· Greet people and direct them to contacts or appropriate person.
· Answer & direct phone calls. Review voicemails and respond to email inquiries.
· Organize and schedule appointments.
· Schedule meetings, develop agendas and record minutes.
· Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
· Assist in the preparation of Company reports
· Organize and maintain filing system for important and confidential company documents; also enter client data into case management system and proofread for accuracy and completeness to prepare cases for accredited representative
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
· Maintain contact lists
· May supervise and train office staff in procedures to establish and maintain client files and records and ensure they are kept in an organized.
· Provide general support to clients
Qualifications:
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (32-35 hours/week)
Compensation: $ 36.10/hour
