Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a home/construction inspector
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Assist manager in the implementation of safety programs, Evaluate safety programs, Examine plans, drawings and site layouts, Inspect and provide reports on condition of new or resale homes
Credentials: Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Type of inspection: New and existing homes/apartments
Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle, Valid driver's licence, Parking paid by employer
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Physically demanding
