DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate the work of Light duty cleaners.
Inspect facility to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Recommend to management and/or arrange for additional services required such as pest control, painting, repair work or replacements.
Hire and train cleaning staff.
Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with other departments.
Estimate costs for new related jobs.
May perform certain cleaning duties
EDUCATION: MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.
EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS AT SUPERVISORY LEVEL.
SALARY: $36.50/Hr for 37.5 Hours per week
