As a Restaurant Manager (TEER: 60030), you will perform some or all the following duties:
· Organize, plan, oversee, manage, and assess the activities of the food factory and the restaurant;
· Establish the kind of services to be provided and put operational processes into place.
· Monitor & Control inventory, revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Work out a deal with clients for the use of facilities for banquets or receptions, or for catering
· Establish the kind of services to be provided and put operational processes into place.
· Address consumer grievances and make sure safety and health rules are observed
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Qualifications:
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35 hours/week)
Compensation: $ 36.10 /hour
