Vacancies: Two (2)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (30-40 Hours/Week)
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Mobility: Work locations may vary. Work is done primarily on residential properties around the Lower Mainland (BC). Having reliable transportation to work sites is important.

· Install exterior prefabricated products

· Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
· Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
· Determine layout and installation procedures
· Document and prepare invoices and work orders
· Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
· Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
· Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
· Utilize hand and power tools
· Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
· Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures
Credentials
· Fall Arrest Protection Training Course or similar
