Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Implement communication strategies and programs
• Oversee the preparation of public
• Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
• Develop, implement, and evaluate digital marketing strategies to promote used vehicle inventory and dealership services
• Conduct market research and analyze automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand in the used-vehicle market
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing
• Coordinate online promotion of vehicle inventory across the dealership website, automotive listing platforms, and digital marketplaces
• Analyze marketing data and website traffic using digital analytics tools and prepare performance reports for management
• Develop and manage online brand positioning, dealership reputation management, and digital customer engagement strategies
• Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing initiatives with vehicle sales targets and promotional campaigns
• Manage content development including vehicle descriptions, promotional materials, blog posts, and social media communications
• Coordinate external marketing vendors, graphic designers, and digital service providers
• Oversee marketing budgets, project timelines, and campaign performance metrics
• Develop customer lead-generation strategies and optimize digital conversion funnels for vehicle inquiries and financing applications
• Monitor emerging digital marketing technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the dealership’s online presence
Employment Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing project management
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
• Knowledge of SEO, website analytics tools, and social media marketing strategies
• Experience with online marketplaces or digital retail platforms is an asset
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience in automotive retail, dealership marketing, or e-commerce marketing is considered an asset
