The company provides integrated building services including construction, renovations, mid-rise development, and project management. Pearl Builders manages projects from design and planning through construction and property management, delivering high-quality solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

As part of our growing construction operations, we are seeking Construction Workers to support various construction activities across residential and commercial projects. The role involves assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general labour tasks to support ongoing construction and development work.

Job Details

Position Title: Construction Worker
Number of Positions: 7
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Wage: $36.00 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Language Requirement: English
Work Location: Various construction sites across the Greater Toronto Area (based out of Brampton, ON)

Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Worker at Pearl Builders Group Ltd., you will:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Assist in demolition activities and site clearing
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Perform routine maintenance and general labour tasks
• Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
• Tend or feed construction machines or equipment as required

Experience and Skills

• Experience is an asset, we will train
• Valid driver’s license is an asset

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
