Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management.
- Responsible beverage service certification is required.
Experience
- 5 years or more experience with some supervisory experience.
On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Conduct performance reviews
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Manage events
