Shree Umiya Ontario Inc O/A 241 Pizza Haileybury has an immediate opening for an experienced Restaurant Manager (NOC: 60030) at our location in Haileybury, Ontario.
As a Restaurant Manager (NOC: 60030), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
· Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including ongoing training on customer service, food safety, and company policies.
· Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to maintain efficient operations.
· Monitor food preparation, portion control, quality, and presentation to ensure established standards are met.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations and maintain inspection readiness.
· Monitor inventory and oversee the ordering and purchasing of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies.
· Negotiate pricing, purchasing terms, and supply agreements with vendors and suppliers.
· Resolve customer complaints and take corrective action to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Establish and implement operational policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.
· Coordinate catering services and private events, including packages, pricing, contracts, and service requirements.
· Maintain business relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.
· Prepare reports on restaurant operations, sales, inventory, and staffing for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
· 2 to 3 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
