Responsibilities

Tasks

• Measure and prepare surfaces, including walls, floors, and other areas, for tile installation.

• Remove existing tiles, flooring materials, and damaged surfaces as required.

• Prepare, clean, level, and repair surfaces before installing tiles.

• Measure, cut, and fit ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other types of tiles.

• Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, and other bonding materials.

• Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, showers, and other interior surfaces.

• Ensure tiles are properly aligned, level, and evenly spaced.

• Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials to complete installations.

• Repair or replace cracked, damaged, or loose tiles.

• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and installation specifications.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and ensure quality workmanship.

• Other duties as assigned
