We are currently looking for one full-time Construction Manager to join our team.

Work location(s): Candidates are required to work in various locations in Kelowna (BC) & other areas in Thompson- Okanagan Region (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.
Position responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects as per budget, schedule, and specifications.
· Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
· Develop construction schedules and project milestones, and monitor progress to ensure work remains on schedule.
· Estimate material, labor, equipment, and other costs for the construction projects.
· Direct the purchase of material and supplies.
· Develop and implement quality control programs and review completed work to ensure compliance with project standards.
· Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Position requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a Construction Supervisor role.
· A university degree in Civil Engineering or a college diploma in Construction Technology would be considered an asset.
· Good English communication skills.
