1. Job Description
• Develop, monitor, and maintain restaurant budgets to ensure profitability through effective control of food and labour costs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, and monitor performance to maintain service standards.
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations in accordance with provincial legislation.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients regarding pricing, contracts, and catering arrangements.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and other financial documentation.
