1. Job Description * Recruit, train, supervise staff, monitor their performance and conduct performance reviews * Balance cash & complete balance sheet and other related reports * Monitor food cost and develop budget accordingly to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits * Monitor revenues and other operations daily to determine labour and other costs * Prepare staff schedules * Ensure all the health and safety rules are followed * Address customer and staff’s concerns and provide best customer service * Manage events & negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other items * Organise, maintain and order inventory
2. Requirements • Other trades certificate or diploma • 2-3 year’s work experience in the food service sector • Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency) • Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
