1. Job Description
* Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
* Evaluate daily operations
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Recruit staff
* Supervise staff
* Train staff
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Provide customer service
2. Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency)
• Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills

• Location: Mr. Pretzels – 1150 Douglas Street suite #2 Victoria, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (30~40 Hours/W)
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $37.00 per hour
