LeVilla Restaurant is looking for One (1) Kitchen Manager to perform duties including but not limited to the following:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Supervision of kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, dessert chefs, and dishwashers. Ensuring all team members are working efficiently and effectively
- Training and Development
Menu Planning and Development
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in planning the menu
- Confirm that all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards of quality and presentation
Inventory Management
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
- Record Keeping
Budget management
